Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting Intensives
Do regular therapy sessions seem too short?
Are you looking for more time to spaciously explore your system to be able to find healing faster?
If so, intensive sessions might be for you!
Whether a current or former client, or receiving therapy elsewhere, we can work together to help you find peace, confidence, and wholeness.
Brainspotting is an effective way to deeply heal trauma. By finding a place to hold your vision, you go more deeply into your brain where the trauma is stored. I will guide you as you mindfully process the events so that they no longer feel like they are in the present, but can be an integrated story in your past.
Alli holds training in levels 1 and 2 of brainspotting and especially loves using this with singular traumas, stuck beliefs, and to help resource and ground.
We are all made up of parts. In traumatic experiences big and small, some of our parts become wounded and hold burdens. Some parts try to keep these wounds at bay by keeping busy, trying to be perfect, keeping others out, and more. Others are activated when the wounds come out and try to push them down by numbing out, binging, hurting ourselves - the list goes on. When we get to know these parts with curiosity and compassion, they can each heal.
Alli has completed Level 1 IFS training and especially loves using this model with complex and attachment-based wounds.
